Success Business

2011 is here and now it is time to focus on what you want to achieve in the new year. If you have not set your goals yet ... what are you waiting for! This list is a good place to start. And if you set your goals, this top 10 list gives you a checklist to ensure you are put in place to succeed.

1. The first step in setting goals is special! Explore your life and discover what you want to change, and then narrow it down to a specific thing that you can realistically change the amount of time.

2. Once you've chosen your goal, write it and then when you see it several times a day. A custom screen saver is a great way to keep your goal in front of you, a note on your fridge or store in your TV remote may also work!

3. The goal should be specified milestones, and mark your calendar for each date. If the objective requires daily monitoring, to make a chart and hang it next to the calendar. This way when you drink a bottle of water, do yoga or write in your journal, you can mark your progress and see how far you've come!

4. Get backup. Tell someone about your goals and ask the tough love! There will be times you want to give up, and a good hard push is what you need. A friend or spouse can help you remember how it will achieve your goals!

5. Reward yourself. Each time you complete the next step towards its objective, given a small reward, but tangible. Light a candle and enjoy the smell, enjoy a sugar free chocolate mint, read a chapter in the book that you have savings, or simply reach around and pat yourself on the back! You deserve it!

6. Combine the results with the confirmation. Positive affirmations can help you prepare mentally for your goal, and make sure they have what it takes to go through. Remember that you are capable, you are especially strong and you're ready to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals.

7. Use every trick you achieve your goals. If it means getting up when everyone is in bed to learn a new language, with calm, this is what you do. If you choose a bit 'off more than you can chew on might not be yourself - just kicked the final goal is the deadline for a month on the road, and give half of the goal to get you ready to face the extra challenge.

8. There is no shame in asking for help. If you just can not pull out in the rain, and the need for a run around the block, ask your friends or your spouse involved! Who knows, may end up soaked fun to be together, and you can tie your shoes for jogging the impact on the wet pavement promise of hot coffee at home.

9. Do not let the momentum fade after the goal. You won! You did it! Now - has set the objective! Setting goals is an ongoing process that will lead to bigger things and better every year you live.

10. Never, never, never give up. Fight for the person who can be. Set goals that make you push yourself, but do not give up, if misused, and the bar a bit 'too high. Regular and continuous - you can do. It is not my strongest supporter, and you will find the paint to set higher than the self-confidence and learn to take off beyond their expectations!
